We are an established, fully insured, family run business that really cares. When you contact Dragonfly Pet Concierge you will speak directly to the person who will be caring for your animals; this means from the very start we can build a relationship with our clients - which we think is really important. We are not an agency or franchise.
Everything we do at Dragonfly Pet Concierge is about high levels of customer service, to us this means personal touches and complete reliability. We're people too not an unknown face - your pets become our friends and we become yours, it's a professional friendliness our clients love. And us, well, we just love what we do and we hope it shows!

We service mainly areas within the M60 so you will find us on a day-to-day basis visiting places such as Didsbury, Chorlton, Burnage, Withington, Tameside, Failsworth and the City Center, however, due to the experienced way we manage our diary, we are also able to take bookings from other areas surrounding Manchester including Stockport, Oldham and of course Prestwich (because we love our daily walk exploring Heaton Park). We have never used caged vans to transport our clients' beloved pets or risk the security of our pet sitting clients' home.
A van with signage clearly showing that you are using a pet sitting service is excellent for the dog walker looking to gain new business or walk multiple dogs but does not have any benefit to the dogs themselves. What's more, it offers no protection to clients who are on holiday. Having a van turn up outside your house when you are away advertising pet services can and has been known to be noticed by thieves as a clear reminder that you are away. Leading members of the pet service industry are working together to bring awarness to this security issue.
